Sugary Drinks Are the Most Fattening Product in the Modern Diet
Excess added sugar can be detrimental to health — and getting it in liquid form is even worse.
The problem with liquid sugar is that your brain doesn’t compensate for the calories by eating less of other foods. You’re body is consuming empty calories, not registering to your brain that you’re full, so in turn you’re in-taking more total calories.
Of all the junk foods, sugar-sweetened beverages are likely the most fattening.

Diets can be daunting and overwhelming, so don’t over do it! Start small and build. Your body as well as your mind need time to process change too! Don’t spice it up too quickly!
